1. Shipping & Returns

We deliver exclusively within Germany. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or parcel stations. Unfortunately, collection of the goods in person is not possible.

Shipping is free from a minimum order value of €55. For orders below this amount, shipping costs of €4.99 apply.

The delivery time is 1 to 7 working days from your order (assuming prior payment of the purchase price). Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Germany. In the case of subscriptions, the first delivery is made within this period and subsequent deliveries at the agreed delivery intervals +/- 2 working days.

In the event of a return, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods amounting to €2.90 (including statutory VAT). This applies both to returns under the statutory right of withdrawal and to voluntary returns. The amount of €2.90 will be withheld from the purchase price to be refunded; the refund is therefore made in the amount of the purchase price less the return shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

Contrary to this, we bear the return shipping costs if the return is due to a circumstance for which we are responsible, in particular if the delivered goods are defective or an incorrect delivery has occurred. In these cases, no amount will be withheld.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this. For details, please refer to our withdrawal policy.

2. Payment

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

2.1.1 One-Time Purchase

via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

2.1.2 Subscriptions

via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

2.2 Information on the Payment Methods

2.2.1 PayPal

(1) PayPal – General Terms of Use

If you wish to pay via "PayPal", a service of the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you will be redirected to the PayPal website. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the use of your data by PayPal as well as the payment instruction to PayPal. If you have selected PayPal as your payment method, you must be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount, or first register and authenticate yourself with your login data. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction. You will receive further information during the ordering process. (2) PayPal Credit Card

If you have selected the credit card payment method with PayPal, the payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company at PayPal's request immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and after you have been authenticated as the legitimate cardholder, and your card will be charged.

(3) PayPal Direct Debit

If you have selected the direct debit payment method with PayPal, you grant PayPal a direct debit mandate by confirming the payment instruction. PayPal will inform you of the date on which your account will be debited (known as pre-notification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction, PayPal instructs its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out and your account is debited.

(4) PayPal Invoice

If you have selected the invoice payment method with PayPal, PayPal will pay with debt-discharging effect following a successful address and credit check.

2.2.2 Payment by Credit Card

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited immediately after completion of the order in the case of a one-time purchase. In the case of a subscription, we reserve the right to initiate the debit no earlier than four (4) days before the respective delivery date of the interval delivery. The specific payment terms and procedures are governed by the conditions and terms of use of your respective credit card provider (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express).

2.2.3 Payment Methods via Klarna

If you choose to pay using a service of Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), you will be redirected to the Klarna platform during the ordering process. There you can select one of the following payment methods:

(1) Klarna Pay by Invoice

If you select "Pay by Invoice", you will receive the goods first and pay the invoice amount directly to Klarna within 30 days of dispatch. The invoice will be sent to you by email. Delivery is made exclusively to the address stored with Klarna. Please note that Klarna carries out a credit check before approving this payment method and reserves the right not to offer certain payment methods. In order to pay the invoice amount, you must be registered with Klarna or first register and authenticate yourself with your login data. (2) Klarna Installment Payment

If you choose "Instalment Payment" with Klarna, you can settle the invoice amount in flexible monthly installments over a period of up to 36 months. Following a successful credit check, you will receive an overview of the payment terms as well as monthly invoices from Klarna. In order to pay the invoice amount in installments, you must be registered with Klarna or first register and authenticate yourself with your login data. (3) Klarna Pay Now

If you select "Pay Now", payment is made immediately upon completion of the order. Depending on availability, you can pay by direct debit, instant bank transfer or credit card. Registration with Klarna is not mandatory for this. In certain cases, however, registration may be necessary in order to pay the invoice amount, authenticate yourself and complete the transaction. 2.2.4 Apple Pay

If you wish to pay via Apple Pay, a payment service of Apple Distribution International, Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland ("Apple"), you must be registered with Apple in order to pay the invoice amount, or first register and authenticate yourself with your login data and confirm your payment instruction to Apple. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by Apple immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction. You will receive further information during the ordering process. 2.2.5 Google Pay

If you wish to pay via Google Pay, a payment service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google in order to pay the invoice amount, or first register and authenticate yourself with your login data and confirm your payment instruction to Google. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by Google immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction. You will receive further information during the ordering process. 2.2.6 Shop Pay

If you wish to pay via Shop Pay, a payment service of Shopify Payments (Ireland) Ltd., 2nd Floor, 1-2 Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland ("Shop Pay"), you will be redirected to a secure Shop Pay payment page during the ordering process. There you can either use an existing Shop Pay account or enter your payment details directly. Shop Pay allows you to save your payment information for future purchases in order to enable an accelerated checkout. After selecting Shop Pay and confirming the payment instruction, the transaction is processed immediately. Depending on the payment method selected within Shop Pay (e.g. credit card or direct debit), your account will be debited directly after confirmation of the order or in accordance with the specific arrangement for subscription models. 2.2.7 UnionPay

If you wish to pay via UnionPay, an international payment service provider of China UnionPay Co., Ltd., No. 6 Dongfang Road, Pudong New District, Shanghai, 200120, China ("UnionPay"), you will be redirected to a secure payment page during the ordering process. There you enter your card details and, where applicable, complete an authentication procedure (e.g. by SMS TAN or app verification, depending on the issuing bank). Following successful authentication, the payment is authorised and the payment amount is debited from the account you have registered with UnionPay. The debit is generally made shortly after confirmation of the payment instruction. You will receive further information on the specific process during the ordering process.
